NEW Welcome Session

Starting this month, NEW will be operating under a new System Service Management (SSM) model. Our staff are working hard during this transition to ensure we provide the same level of quality service as we roll out these changes.

Due to a high volume of inquiries during this time, new clients, as well as returning clients opening new cases, may expect longer wait times for their initial intake appointments. To address this, we will also be holding NEW Welcome Sessions every Tuesday morning in March between 10:30 am and 12:00 noon.
