We are currently seeking a Full-Time Retail Service and Shipping & Receiving Associate for our Thunder Bay location.
Do You Have:
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- A friendly, outgoing personality and strong English communication skills
- Previous experience in the Beauty Industry is an asset – but not required.
- The ability to learn and grow within your role
- Competency in using computers and phones
- Results Driven and Goal Oriented
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- A love for all aspects of the beauty industry
Daily functions of role:
- Welcoming and assisting customers with product recommendations and personalized beauty advice
- Conducting product demonstrations and providing beauty tips to create a memorable shopping experience
- Picking, packing customer orders, data entry
- Preparing parcels and documents for courier shipments
- Managing customer transactions efficiently using our point-of-sale (POS) system
- Re-stocking inventory and maintaining cleanliness in the warehouse and retail areas
- Performing Inventory counts and maintaining accurate records
- Handling product receiving, shipments, and organizing stock-Staying informed on beauty trends and product launches to provide up-to-date recommendation-Collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets and performance goals
- Lifting (up to 30lbs), bending, and crouching as needed
- All other duties assigned.
