Administrative Assistant

Education: Post-secondary diploma in Business or Marketing; or a high-school diploma or equivalent with additional education in marketing or a related field.
Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of administration experience in a related field.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling tasks.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
The Employee will be Responsible for
• Performing the duties and responsibilities of the position to the best of their ability.
• Acting in accordance with relevant legislation and company policies and procedures.
• Protect confidential and proprietary information of the company, its employees, and clients.
• Maintaining respectful, collaborative, working relationships with co-workers, clients, and stakeholders.

• Maintaining a safe workplace to avoid putting themselves or others in danger.

Conditions of Employment
• Valid Class G driver’s license.
• A reliable personal vehicle would be preferred.
• Ability to obtain required vehicle insurance.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Ability to travel as may be required.
