What You’ll Do:
ü Verify against purchase orders, process invoices, update inventory records
ü Schedule and coordinate deliveries with precision and efficiency; Cigo & Windward
ü Communicate with drivers, warehouse teams, and customers to ensure smooth operations
ü Track orders and resolve delivery issues proactively
ü Ensure accurate paperwork and inventory checks
We’re Looking for Someone With (But are Willing to Train😊):
v Logistics Skills: experience in delivery coordination, dispatch, or retail operations
v Tech Savvy: comfort with delivery software, spreadsheets, and scheduling tools
v Problem-Solving Attitude: ability to handle last-minute changes calmly
v Strong organizational & multi-tasking skills
v Customer-Focused: friendly and professional communicator
