Position Overview:

Under the direction of the Assistant Director of Clinical & Children Services, or designate, the Integrated Training Coordinator (ITC) is responsible for curriculum development and training facilitation across all agency programs. The ITC will help create awareness of and understanding of agency programs and processes to support integration across agency departments (Child Protection, Health and Wellness, and Adult Mental Health). The successful candidate will be able to coordinate, facilitate, and help deliver education and evidence-based training in a variety of capacities and methods, including, in the classroom and online and both one-on-one and in groups.


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A minimum of three-year Bachelor of Social Work, Health Services, Human Services, other relevant degree, or equivalent is required (education and training experience would be an asset).
  • Knowledge and experience in mental health.
  • Proven experience in training, facilitation or public speaking to meet the needs of a diverse audience and experience in mental health is preferred.
  • Satisfactory Vulnerable Sectors Search.
  • Required to work flexible hours and travel as needed
  • Must possess a Class “G” Driver’s License and have access to a personal vehicle which will pass a safety check.


Hours of Work: 
35 hours per week

Salary Range: $73,118.27 To $82,279.74 Annually
