We are currently looking to hire a Lawn Care Technician to join our team.
As a Lawn Care Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining commercial properties while delivering high-quality service and professionalism.
This role includes operating lawn care equipment, servicing multiple sites, and ensuring all equipment is properly maintained. If you enjoy working outdoors, have a strong work ethic, and thrive in a fast-paced team environment, we want to hear from you.
Position Details:
Schedule:
- 40 hours per week (Monday–Friday, with weekends as required)
- Pay: $20-25/hour (based on experience)
- Season: May to October
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform lawn maintenance services for commercial properties
- Operate equipment such as zero-turn mowers and trimmers
- Maintain and care for all tools and equipment
- Provide professional and courteous service to clients
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Valid driver’s license with clean driver’s abstract (preferred)
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work each day
- Ability to tow a trailer and equipment behind a pickup truck (for licensed operators)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work extended hours during peak season
- Availability for weekend work when required
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Experience operating zero-turn mowers and gas-powered equipment
Assets:
- Minimum 2 years of experience with lawn care equipment
