Position Overview:

Under the direction of the Facility Operations Manager, the Receptionist is the first contact and first impression to Dilico for members of the public. The Receptionist is responsible to ensure that all telephone messages and personal inquiries are appropriately and courteously answered in a timely manner.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A minimum one-year Office Administration Certificate is required.
  • Ability to work flexible hours as determined by the Facility Operations Manager in relation to service requirements.
  • A criminal records check is required upon hiring.
  • A valid Class “G” Driver’s license, access to a reliable personal vehicle, and $1,000,000 liability vehicle insurance.
