Position Overview:
The Human Resources Assistant is responsible for performing a variety of Human Resources administrative duties and maintaining corporate filing. The Human Resources Assistant provides support to the HR team, including but not limited to record keeping, file digitization and maintenance, spreadsheet upkeep, written correspondence and data entry.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Certificate or Diploma in Human Resources Management or Business Administration.
- Must have the ability to work flexible hours.
- A valid Class “G” Driver’s license, access to a reliable personal vehicle, and $1,000,000 liability vehicle insurance.
- A current criminal records check (within 6 months).
