Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Carpenter’s Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist our skilled carpenters in various construction and renovation projects. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the carpentry field.
Location: Marathon
Job Type: Seasonal (May – September with possibility of extension)
Salary: Pay to commensurate with experience
Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters with measuring, cutting, and assembling materials.
- Carry and transport materials and tools to and from the worksite.
- Help with the installation of structures and fixtures, such as windows, doors, and cabinets.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in carpentry or construction is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to use hand and power tools.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite (not mandatory).
