Job Description: The full-time administrative assistant will assist our expanding team with a variety of duties to include assisting with researching and preparing files, and general administrative duties as required.

General Qualifications: The successful ambitious candidate will have good typing and computer skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, be well organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize as required, have strict attention to detail, have reliable transportation to work, have well developed interpersonal skills, possess an aptitude for learning and growth and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior real estate knowledge is an asset, however, is not required as training will be provided for the right individual.
