Responsibilities

  • Work in collaboration with human resource colleagues to implement HR initiatives and strategies
  • Research, develop, communicate and implement assigned strategy projects in collaboration with leadership
  • Administer projects and initiatives with an emphasis on progressive HR, consistency, efficiency and continuous improvement
  • Coordinate the publication of best practices and related materials on internal website
  • Draft templates, letters, reports, PowerPoint presentations, Excel workbooks and Word documents, ensuring deliverables align with brand standards
    Produce and analyze regular and ad hoc reports
  • Confirm data integrity and accuracy of data held within applicable systems (Human Capital Management System (HCMS), applicant tracking system, etc.)
  • Engage with a variety of stakeholders; elicit their concerns, opinions and recommendations
  • Stay up to date on existing and forthcoming legislation to determine impacts
    Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes

Skills and Experience

  • Post-secondary education and accreditation with HR specialty
  • Completion of, or working towards, CPHR designation
  • 3 years of demonstrated HR experience preferred
  • Professional services industry experience is considered an asset
