DRIVING EXPERIENCE NECESSARY/ TRAINING PROVIDED TO BECOME A CERTIFIED INSTRUCTOR
Behind The Wheel Driving School Academy is looking for enthusiastic and patient individuals to join our team as Driving Instructors. If you enjoy teaching, helping others gain new skills, and thrive on seeing your students succeed, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
What We Offer:
• Instructor Certification: Become certified through the Professional Driving Instructors of Ontario. The course will be held in Thunder Bay. The duration of the course is 4 weeks of in person training.
• Career Growth: All training is paid for by the employer.
• Competitive Pay: Starting at $25.00 per hour, with potential earnings up to $30.00 per hour
• Advancement Opportunities: Possibility of moving into roles such as ClassroomNirtual Teacher or Instructor Training Course Trainer.

• Technology: Use of a tablet provided for work purposes.

Locations:
Greenstone area (multiple positions)
Requirements:
- Must be a resident of Ontario with a valid G Driver’s License (held for 4 years)
- Company vehicle provided
- Clean driving record with a minimum of 4 years of driving experience.
- No criminal record.
- Ability to teach using Ministry-Approved curriculum.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work independently with a friendly and cheerful attitude.
- Soft skills required: empathy, patience, understanding, and compassion.
