Program Officer

Confederation College’s Red Lake Campus is hiring a Permanent Full-time Program Officer.

Position is located at the Red Lake Campus

The position purpose involves needs identification, financial feasibility, determination, development, marketing, implementation and evaluation of a large and growing number of programs, courses, services and/or other deliveries in a variety of academic and non-academic areas. Delivery is aligned with the college’s Strategic Directions, Academic School offerings as well as General Interest, related vocational training and contract initiatives. This includes selection recommendation, guidance, mentoring, support and evaluation of full and/or part-time faculty and contractor services using a variety of delivery methods.

At least two years experience in an educational institution or other organization that focuses on customer service oriented, adult education and/or training services utilizing highly developed communication, creative problem solving, and decision-making skills. The incumbent has experience compiling and analyzing data and preparing reports. The incumbent must also have extensive project management experience that supports socio-economic trends.
