Property Manager – Thunder Bay Rooming House
Thunder Bay Rooming House is located at 245 Pearl Street, Thunder Bay in the heart of downtown Port Arthur, and has been serving the community as a housing solution for nearly 40 years.
The role of the Property Manager is an on-site position that comes with a no-cost 1-bedroom apartment.
Qualifications: 1. Property management experience. 2. Handy Man – general knowledge and capability with minor repairs and maintenance. 3. A confident individual with excellent communication skills, and the ability to address both internal tenant needs and external interactions with various community organizations, contractors, and services.
Position Requirements: 1. Safety and Security of the building 2. Minor Repairs and Maintenance 3. Daily Cleaning 4. Showing Rooms to prospective tenants.
Compensation: 1. A wage of $3000 monthly + 1 bedroom apartment including utilities. 2. Vacation Pay will be paid at 4% per calendar year.
