Hours of Work:  Full-Time (Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM), frequent work outside of these hours should be expected.

Wage: $60,000-$90,000 per year based on experience

Position Overview:

Titan Contractors is seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Coordinator to support our growing heavy civil construction operations. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating multiple aspects of construction projects from planning through execution.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Support Project Managers on multiple active construction projects

·         Assist with tendering, bid preparation, and quantity take-offs; project planning, scheduling, and coordination of resources

·         Monitor and update project schedules, budgets, and progress tracking

·         Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, RFIs, submittals, and reports

·         Attend site meetings and assist with meeting minutes and follow-ups

·         Track and document daily site activities, quantities, and productivity

·         Support QA/QC processes and ensure compliance with project specifications

·         Assist with change orders, progress billing, and contract administration

Qualifications:

·         2–4 years of experience in construction or project coordination (heavy civil preferred)

·         Ability to read and interpret civil drawings, specifications, and contract documents

·         Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail

·         Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); MS Project or scheduling software considered an asset

·         Knowledge of AutoCAD or Civil 3D considered an asset

·         Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

·         Willingness to travel to job sites as required

·         Valid Ontario G License
