Job Title: Full-Time Contract Social Worker/Counsellor

The North Shore Family Health Team (NSFHT) is seeking a full-time social worker

Location: J.E. Stokes Medical Center (Schreiber, ON) and Aguasabon Medical Clinic (Terrace Bay, ON). The Family Health Team provides service at two sites.
