GENERAL LABOURER – OUT OF TOWN ROTATION

Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team out of. This position involves supporting various operational tasks across our facilities, assisting with physical labor, and ensuring smooth workflow in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is physically fit, eager to learn, and committed to maintaining safety and efficiency on the job site. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced setting while contributing to the success of our projects. MUST BE WILLING TO WORK OUT OF TOWN ON ROTATION SCHEDULE.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading and unloading materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
• Support the setup and cleanup of work areas to ensure safety and organization
• Perform general physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving items throughout the site
• Help with site maintenance including cleaning, organizing tools, and disposing of waste materials
• Support team members with various tasks to facilitate project progress
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure work environment
• Report any hazards or issues to supervisors promptly
• Must have valid drivers license

Experience

• Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or general labor is a plus but not required; training will be provided
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and teamwork
• Basic understanding of workplace safety practices is advantageous
• Must be able to follow instructions carefully and work effectively as part of a team
