Senior Finance Coordinator

As a grounded operational leader, the Senior Finance Coordinator cares for the daily financial wellbeing, funder accountability, and transparent reporting of the Thunder Bay Indigenous Friendship Centre (TBIFC). Working alongside the CFO, this role nurtures healthy financial systems and policies while supporting our staff and team leads with compassionate guidance on compensation, benefits, and payroll.

Reporting to the CFO, the Senior Finance Coordinator will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and maintaining systems and finance policies and procedures. Beyond immediate operational duties, this role is explicitly structured for long-term leadership development.
