Thomas Outdoor Construction is hiring for the 2026 season.
We build:
- Swimming pools
- Decks
- Fences
- Patios / hardscape
- Equipment and excavation work
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s licence
- Reliable transportation to job sites (Thunder Bay / Nolalu / area)
- Dependable and on time
- Able to work outdoors and lift materials
- Positive attitude
Experience is great but not required. We will train the right person.
Competitive pay based on ability and work ethic. Room to grow.
