Job title: Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team at our camp. This role is responsible for ensuring all camp facilities, equipment and systems are maintained safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities for camp infrastructure, including accommodations, kitchens, HVAC, water treatment systems, and power generation.
- Lead, and schedule the maintenance team
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and facility-related issues
- Maintain compliance with safety standards, policies, and procedures.
- Manage inventory of tools, parts, and maintenance supplies.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports
- Ability to work under pressure and exercise good judgements.
Qualifications:
- Trade Certificate (electrical, plumber, carpentry, HVAC) an asset
- 2 years of maintenance experience
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience an asset
- Valid G License with Clean Driver Record
