Program Developer and Marketing Lead Intern

The Friends of Chippewa Park are seeking an individual to fill the position of Chippewa Park Program Developer and Marketing Lead Intern. The one-year contract will start as soon as a candidate has been selected.
Key assignments will include:
- Plan and implement a program of activities and events for the Summer of 2026 and beyond at Chippewa Park
- Develop a 10-year marketing & programming plan for all aspects of Chippewa Park
- Develop and implement a sustainability plan for the financing of TFOCP and its activities
- Update the web site of The Friends of Chippewa Park and develop a longer-term strategy on the use of social media both before and during the summer operating season
- Develop a merchandise strategy to enable TFOCP to have a sustainable inventory and sales plan
- Work closely with City staff in the planning and execution of public events to celebrate the opening of the Chippewa Park Carousel and the Centennial Conservatory.
The applicant must have access to transportation for site visits to the park.
Wages are $700 per week ($36,400 per year) plus Mandatory Employment  Related Benefits with a value of $5,460.
