Residential Caretaker

We are seeking an individual or a couple to manage a 48-unit apartment building (non-smoking) in a new residential building development on 276 Duke Street, Dryden. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to live on the property and contribute to the care and upkeep of residential property.
Responsibilities:
- Daily walk-throughs of the property to ensure cleanliness and order Light maintenance (changing lightbulbs, clearing common-area snow, managing garbage bins, etc.)
- Reporting issues that require professional service (plumbing, electrical, etc.)
- Monitoring building systems and shared spaces Liaising with property management for tenant concerns
- Performing seasonal tasks and minor groundskeeping
- Be on call as needed
- Providing walkthroughs of available suites and common areas to potential tenants
Requirements :
- Reliable, trustworthy, and self-motivated Basic handyman or maintenance skills to perform minor in-suite maintenance tasks, if needed.
- Must be able to read and write in English to handle written correspondence, notices, and maintenance records
- Strong communication, computer, and interpersonal skills – must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with tenants, fellow staff, and external contractors.
- Must live on-site in the designated suite
- Experience in property oversight or facility care is a bonus, but not required.
- Clear criminal record abstract
- Valid G driver’s license preferred, but not mandatory

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
