Role Summary
T Cannabis is seeking a responsible, knowledgeable, and customer-focused Retail Store Associate. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, educate customers on cannabis products and safe consumption, and support daily store operations.
We offer opportunities for career growth, with many Retail Store Associates advancing to management positions within a year.
Responsibilities
● Report to duty punctually, and in appropriate and outlined attire according to dress code standards
● Maintain company standards and policies while ensuring that legal standards are met
● Greet customers throughout the day in a friendly and welcoming manner
● Confidently represent the brand and ideals
● Educate customers on cannabis products and how to safely consume cannabis
● Receive, organize, and categorize cannabis products and accessories
● Ensure the cleanliness of the store is maintained daily
● Check identification of customers who appear to be 25 years of age or under
● Abide by all company policies and procedures
Requirements
● Must be 19 years of age or older.
● 1–3 years of retail experience preferred.
● CannSell certification or willingness to obtain it.
● Clean criminal record check or willingness to obtain one.
● Availability for shifts between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., Monday through Sunday.
● Strong communication and customer service skills.
