Role Summary

COST Cannabis is seeking a knowledgeable, responsible, and customer-focused Retail Store Associate. In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service, educate customers on cannabis products, and help maintain a welcoming, compliant retail environment. We value team players who are eager to grow, with many associates advancing to management positions within a year.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time in accordance with the company dress code
• Follow all company policies and regulatory requirements
• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Confidently represent the COST Cannabis brand
• Educate customers on cannabis products and safe consumption
• Process customer purchases accurately
• Receive, organize, and stock cannabis products and accessories
• Maintain a clean, organized store
• Verify ID for customers who appear 25 years of age or younger
• Support the team and store operations as needed

Requirements

• Must be 19 years of age or older
• 1–3 years of retail experience preferred
• Valid CannSell Cannabis Retail Certification (or willingness to obtain one)
• Clean criminal background check (or willingness to obtain one)
• Availability to work shifts between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m., Monday through Sunday
