Part Time position: 12 hours a week
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our Accounting Department. This role is responsible for managing invoicing processes, supporting financial administration, and ensuring compliance with required documentation for both residential and commercial operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong accounting support experience, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office tools.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
sales invoices, customer statements, purchase orders, work orders, vendor and supplier payments.
Qualifications & Skills
Accounting/Bookkeeping, proficiency with SAGE 50, Excel, Word, Outlook.
