PARTS ADVISOR

As a Parts Advisor at Itec Equipment, you’ll help keep our customers moving. From identifying and sourcing the right parts to preparing quotes, processing orders and following up, this role is built around responsive, dependable customer service.

Duties & Expectations
– Assist customers in person, by phone and by email
– Identify, source, quote and sell heavy equipment parts and components
– Process orders accurately and efficiently
– Follow up on quotes, orders, backorders and customer requests
– Build and maintain strong customer relationships
– Coordinate with service, sales, purchasing and warehouse teams
– Manage multiple priorities in a busy, fast-paced environment
– Research parts and find solutions when the answer isn’t obvious
– Communicate clearly and keep customers informed
– Take ownership of customer requests from start to finish
– Maintain accurate records within company systems
– Contribute to a positive, team-focused work environment
