 NOW HIRING: Working Carpentry Supervisor 
Location: Various Sites – Commercial & Mining Projects in the Local Area
Job Type: Full-Time | Travel Required

ALLPRO Construction Group is seeking a Working Carpentry Supervisor to lead and support our crews on commercial and mining projects across multiple locations. We’re looking for a motivated leader with hands-on skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to manage job sites efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead by example in all carpentry-related tasks and safety procedures
• Supervise, coordinate, and mentor crew members on site
• Interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
• Ensure quality workmanship and timely project completion
• Communicate with project managers and stakeholders as needed
• Ensure compliance with site safety regulations and protocols

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s licence (Class G or equivalent)
• Must pass a criminal record check
• Must be willing to undergo drug and alcohol testing
• Minimum 5 years carpentry experience, including supervisory roles
• Experience in commercial and/or mining construction environments
• Ability to travel and work at remote job sites
