Hours of Work:  Full-Time (Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM), frequent work outside of these hours should be expected.

Position Overview:

Titan Contractors is seeking an experienced Civil Construction Foreman to lead crews on municipal and industrial civil projects throughout Northwestern Ontario and Manitoba. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who takes pride in safe, high-quality work and can effectively coordinate people, equipment, and schedules in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Supervise and coordinate crews of 1–12 operators, labourers, truck drivers, and subcontractors.

·         Plan daily work activities and assign tasks to meet project schedules and specifications.

·         Read and interpret civil drawings, grades, and contract documents.

·         Monitor productivity, workmanship, and quality control on site.

·         Conduct daily toolbox talks and field level hazard assessments.

·         Ensure compliance with company safety policies.

·         Communicate project updates, scope changes, and issues to the Project Manager and/or Superintendent.

·         Coordinate material deliveries, equipment needs, and subcontractor activities.

·         Maintain accurate daily reports including timecards, quantities, and site documentation.

·         Act as the main point of contact between site crews, owners, and consultants.

Qualifications:

·         Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy civil construction.

·         Proven experience in sewer & water, road building, earthworks, or municipal infrastructure.

·         Ability to read civil plans, grades, and specifications.

·         Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

·         Operating experience considered an asset.

·         Valid Ontario G Licence (DZ/AZ considered an asset).

·         Willingness to travel and work extended hours when required.
