The position is primarily administrative but offers hands-on variety — perfect for someone who likes to stay busy and jump in wherever needed.

Location/Address:       818 Jones Road, Kenora, ON

Hours of Work:               Full time or Part time available – hours must be between 7am and                                                                       5pm, hours can be flexible but must be consistent

Wage:                             Competitive and based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing parts orders; receive, label, and organize deliveries.
  • Assist with inventory management, restocking, and maintaining accurate part counts.
  • Answer phones, take messages, and support communication between customers, vendors, and technicians.
  • Enter and process work orders, purchase orders, and supplier invoices.
  • Prepare parts for technicians and coordinate pickups/deliveries as required.
  • Perform local parts runs using company vehicles.
  • Help maintain a clean and organized shop office and storage areas (sweeping, organizing, tidying).
  • Support the Shop Foreman and Service Manager with administrative and operational tasks as needed.
  • Take initiative to improve organization systems and workflow efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Ontario Class G Driver’s License (required).
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs safely.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfort with computers and basic data entry.
  • Ability to follow instructions, manage multiple priorities, and work independently.
  • Professional, team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills.
  • Experience in an office or administrative setting, considered an asset.
