Steam Dry Canada, in association with Home Depot Cleaning Services, is seeking a motivated, professional, and results-driven Sales Lead Generator to support the continued growth of our Cleaning Division in Thunder Bay. This role is focused on promoting our carpet, upholstery, duct, furnace, and dryer vent cleaning services, generating qualified customer leads, and helping strengthen our presence in the local market.

The ideal candidate is confident in speaking with people, experienced in customer-facing environments, and driven to create new business opportunities through direct outreach, promotions, and brand engagement.

Key Responsibilities

– Generate qualified residential and commercial leads for Steam Dry Canada’s cleaning services
– Promote services through customer interaction, in-store promotions, community events, and local outreach initiatives
– Educate potential customers on the benefits of carpet, upholstery, duct, furnace, and dryer vent cleaning
– Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times
– Identify customer needs and communicate service options clearly and effectively
– Collect and maintain accurate customer and lead information
– Support ongoing marketing campaigns and promotional efforts
– Work closely with management and the sales team to meet lead generation targets
– Contribute to building brand awareness and customer trust throughout Thunder Bay

Qualifications

– Previous experience in sales, lead generation, customer service, retail promotions, or a – – similar role is an asset
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills
– Confident, outgoing, and comfortable approaching new people
– Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
– Professional appearance and attitude
– Valid driver’s licence is considered an asset
