Major Responsibilities:
• Completes all areas associated with invoicing, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable and bank reconciliation.
• Prepares and files correspondence, invoices, A/P and A/R materials etc.
• Orders and purchases office materials, as needed.
• Prepares financial and other reports as required.
• Reconciles annual T4’s, GST/HST, etc and completes WSIB and other applicable forms.

Qualifications:
• Diploma or degree in Accounting or Bookkeeping or similar training is required.
• A minimum three years work related experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs and Sage Accounting; Intermediate skill level in keyboarding and experience with modern technology.
• Knowledge of Anishnaabe Culture and traditions and experience working with Indigenous persons; ability to speak Ojibwe/Cree considered an asset.

Conditions of Employment:
• Must have a successful Vulnerable Sector Check and valid First Aid/CPR
• Required to provide acceptable Immunization Record.
