Rock Truck Driver – Mining Operations

ALLPRO Construction Group is currently seeking experienced Rock Truck Drivers to join our team on active mining projects in Northern Ontario. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced mine environment with a strong crew, competitive pay, and full camp accommodation provided.
Position Overview
As a Rock Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating haul trucks to waste rock, and aggregate within a mine site. You’ll be working in a production-focused environment where safety, communication, and efficiency are key.

Responsibilities
• Operate rock trucks safely and efficiently in a mining environment
• Haul material (waste, aggregates) as directed
• Perform daily pre-trip and equipment inspections
• Maintain communication with supervisors and dispatch
• Follow all site safety procedures and mine regulations
• Assist with basic maintenance reporting and housekeeping of equipment
Requirements
• Previous experience operating rock trucks (e.g., 25–40 ton wiggle wagons)
• Experience in a mine or heavy civil environment preferred
• Valid driver’s license (minimum Class G; AZ/DZ an asset)
• Ability to pass drug & alcohol testing
• Ability to work rotational shifts and camp-based work
• Strong understanding of safe work practices
Assets (Not Required but Preferred)
• Common Core (Surface Miner) modules
• Experience working on mine sites (gold, aggregate, or similar)
• Heavy equipment experience (loader, dozer, excavator support work)
Work Environment
• Active mining operation
• Outdoor work in varying weather conditions
• 12-hour shifts (day/night rotation)
• Camp-based living with full accommodations
