Summary
As a Client Service Representative, you will be pivotal in delivering outstanding customer service and fostering strong client relationships. Your role involves effective communication and organizational skills to handle inquiries and administrative tasks efficiently. Our Client Service team is apprised of several individuals who demonstrate outstanding commitment and dedication to their position.
Duties & Responsibilities
The main duties and responsibilities of a Client Service Representative include but are not limited to:
- Welcomes clients by greeting them in person or on the telephone
- Check-in and check-out clients
- Set-up new clients and patients in the database and prepare physical file
- Prepare and maintain medical records
- Prepare exam rooms for appointments
- Fill prescriptions
- Process payments transactions accurately
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer and triage telephone calls
- Record and relay messages
- Maintain clean and safe reception area
- Deal with customer concerns and complaints in a courteous and effective manner
- Interact with doctors and other clinic staff regarding care of patients
- Attend mandatory meetings and seminars
- Perform clerical duties such as filing and sorting
Skills & Qualifications
- Highschool Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year receptionist/administrative experience preferred
- Must be fully available 7:30 am – 6 pm (including weekends). All staff work on a 4-on, 4-off rotation.
- Must be client-focused with a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time, lift up to 40lbs
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
