Position Overview:

Under the direction of  the   Ojichaagwan Ani-Mino-Aya (Anti-Human Trafficking Program) Manager, the Administrative Assistant assists in managing the day to day operational and program needs of all clinical and children’s services. The Administrative Assistant ensures client and program documentation is accurate and meets Ministry compliance for Licensing standards and is filed accordingly. This may also include assisting other sites to meet agency needs and demand.

 

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A minimum two-year Health Record Technician or Secretarial Diploma is preferred.
  • Three or more years experience in secretarial or health records in a hospital, mental health or clinical records management setting is considered an asset
  • satisfactory Criminal Records Search
  • ability to work flexible hours as determined by the Ojichaagwan Ani-Mino-Aya (Anti-Human Trafficking Program) Manager in relation to service requirements
  • must possess a Class “G” Driver’s License and have access to a reliable personal vehicle.

Hours of Work: 32.5 hours per week
