Positions Available: 1 – Full-Time
Position Overview:
With the functional support, guidance and supervision provided by the Family Health Team Manager, the Family Health Team Registered Nurse carries out the duties as outlined by the Family Health Team Policies and Procedures for the individuals, families and communities serviced by the Family Health Team.
Salary: $33.05 Hourly
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A minimum Registered Nurse (R.N) diploma, however a BScN is preferred
- Certified Advanced foot care certificate
- A member in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- A member of RNAO
- Three (3) years’ experience in advanced nursing assessment skills
- Two (2) years’ experience in a Leadership role in the nursing profession
- Satisfactory Criminal Records Search
- Must be willing and able to work flexible hours
- Must be certified in CPR and Standard First Aid
- Must have a valid Ontario Driver’s License and have access to a personal vehicle.
Hours of Work: 32.5 weekly
