A. Service & Dining Support
Running food from the kitchen to tables as directed
Clearing used plates, glasses (non-alcohol), and cutlery
Resetting and sanitizing tables and chairs
Refilling water and assisting servers during service
Maintaining cleanliness in dining and service areas
B. Take-Out, Phone & Order Support
Answering incoming phone calls professionally
Taking take-out and delivery orders by phone accurately
Entering or relaying orders correctly into the POS or to kitchen staff
Confirming order details with customers (items, quantities, special instructions)
Packing food orders carefully by matching items with the Kitchen Order Ticket (KOT)
Verifying accuracy of packed orders before handing-off to customers or delivery drivers
C. Cleaning & Closing Duties (ESSENTIAL)
Clearing and sanitizing tables, chairs, and service stations
Sweeping and mopping assigned floor areas
Restocking cutlery, napkins, bags, containers, and condiments
Cleaning guest areas and assigned restrooms
Completing closing checklists as directed by management
