Responsibilities
Perform auto body repairs including panel replacement and panel repairs
Prep vehicles for paint and work closely with our paint department
Ensure repairs meet industry standards and safety requirements
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Communicate effectively with the team and estimators
Deliver high-quality repairs with attention to detail
Requirements
2+ years auto body repair experience (or equivalent training)
Strong knowledge of collision repair techniques
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Own tools (preferred)
Valid driver’s license
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
