Executive Director – Community Support Centre NW| Dryden | 32 Hours per Week

The Community Support Centre-Northwest is a multi-service agency providing a variety of programs including adult developmental services, fee for service, specialized respite and an annul Christmas Cheer community program within Dryden and the surrounding area. Supervised Access services are provided within the Kenora and Rainy River districts with office locations in Dryden, Kenora and Fort Frances.

Community Support NW is seeking an Executive Director who will act as the key liaison between the Board of Directors, staff, service users, partners and funders.  The Executive Director is responsible for the agency’s day to day management, operational excellence and sustainability.

Your Strategic Impact

As Executive Director, your key responsibilities would include:

·         Strategic Leadership & Growth

·         Financial & Administrative Oversight

·         Human Resources & Program Supervision

What You Bring

Leadership and Governance:  Strategic leadership skills to manage and direct the Agency in a manner consistent with the vision, mission and strategic plan.
Financial Intelligence: The ability to oversee financial operations and administer the funds of the agency in accordance with approved budgets.
Networking:  The capacity to develop positive working relationships with community groups, donors, Ministry funders, and other organizations to achieve the goals of the agency.

Qualifications

·         Post secondary education in a related field

·         Experience in a management level position

·         Experience working with a Board of Directors would be an asset
