Finance Clerk

We have a full time position for a Finance Clerk.

–       Be able to use various computer software programs including Sage Accounting.

–       Calculate, prepare and post payables, and issue payments in a timely manner.

–       Accounts Receivable.

–       Post journal entries and reconcile accounts.

–       Perform related clerical duties, such word processing, maintain filing and record systems.

–       Maintain and record all shop & office equipment.

–       Respond to customer inquiries, maintain good customer relations and solve problems.

–       Prepare tax returns and general bookkeeping services.

–       Assist service writer(s) as required.

–       Must have a valid “G:” driver’s license.
