What’s the role?
Be a friendly face and trusted guide for customers throughout their service experience at Dryden GM! From the moment they arrive, you will listen closely to their concerns to ensure their vehicle gets the attention it needs. As a Service Advisor, you will schedule appointments, keep customers informed, provide accurate estimates, and ensure an overall positive experience. Your goal? To deliver top-notch service, build lasting relationships, and make sure every customer drives away feeling confident and cared for!
