Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences while managing staff, budgets, and hotel policies. This role requires a strong leader who can drive performance, maintain high standards of service, and foster a positive work environment.

Duties
•Lead and manage all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage services.
•Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and improve service quality.
•Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial management to ensure profitability.
•Recruit, train, and mentor staff to promote a culture of excellence and teamwork.
•Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations as well as hotel policies.
•Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality service delivery.
•Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
•Handle guest complaints and feedback effectively to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
