Early Childhood Educator

Little George’s Child Care Centre is currently seeking a responsible, caring and energetic full-time Early Childhood Educator to join our dedicated team.
As an early childhood educator, you are responsible for the planning, implementation and delivery of an inclusive play-based learning program, which is developmentally and culturally appropriate and meets the needs of children.
We are looking for candidates who are passionate about creating a safe and inclusive environment for children, will encourage socialization, enhance learning, and have strong programming skills in a play-based, emergent environment.

Candidates must meet the following criteria:
▪ Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education
▪ Registration with the College of Early Childhood Educators
▪ Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
▪ Willing to work as an effective team-member
▪ Enthusiastic and creative
▪ Can provide a current Police Vulnerable Sector Screening
▪ Have up-to-date immunizations
▪ Certified in Standard First Aid with Level C CPR (current or willing to obtain)

Little George’s Child Care Centre offers a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive work environment. Rate of pay for this position is between $25.86 to $28.00/hour.
