Responsibilities:
- Grass maintenance (cutting/trimming/blowing), bed work (weed removal, planting), occasional landscaping construction
- Operate and maintain equipment by performing routine checks and minor repairs as needed
- Build and install landscape features such as flower beds, pathways, and retaining walls.
- Dig holes for planting trees, shrubs, and flowers while adhering to best practices
- Operate various small equipment, including riding mowers, push mowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers
- Perform general manual tasks to clean and maintain the landscaped environment and perform other landscape maintenance duties as directed.
- Cleaning up debris
- Provide exceptional lawn and landscape services for properties, which include lawn mowing, light landscaping, sod installation, mulch and garden maintenance.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Valid G Drivers Licenses
- Should be physically fit, capable of lifting and moving up to 50 pounds, and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Be comfortable working with lawn care and landscaping machinery
- Time management and organizational skills
- Â Self-directed and able to follow instructions
- Ability to work well independently and as a team
- 1+ year of previous landscape experience preferred but not required
- Time management and organizational skills
