Phil’s Waste Services Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Sanitation Technician/DZ/AZ Driver to join our growing team.
This is a diverse, hands-on position that plays a key role in supporting a variety of waste management and environmental services throughout the North Shore region.
Responsibilities:
✔️ Commercial garbage collection
✔️ Septic and non-hazardous wastewater pumping and hauling
✔️ Roll-off bin delivery, pickup and servicing
✔️ Portable toilet delivery, pickup and servicing
✔️ Bulk water delivery
✔️ Routine equipment inspections, maintenance, and minor repairs
✔️ Daily reporting, record keeping, and customer interaction
Qualifications:
✔️ Valid DZ Driver’s Licence (AZ licence considered an asset)
✔️ Minimum 3 years of commercial driving and/or heavy equipment operating experience
✔️ Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and efficiently
✔️ Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
✔️ Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
✔️ Mechanically inclined and committed to safe work practices
