Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Worker to support the upkeep of camp facilities. This role is responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs to ensure all camp buildings, equipment, and systems are operating safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
•Perform general maintenance and repairs on camp infrastructure, including accommodations, kitchens, HVAC systems, water systems, and power equipment
•Assist with troubleshooting and fixing mechanical, electrical, and facility-related issues
•Carry out routine inspections and preventative maintenance tasks
•Support the maintenance of a clean, safe, and functional work environment
•Assist in maintaining inventory of tools, parts, and maintenance supplies
•Follow all safety standards, policies, and procedures
•Complete basic maintenance records and reports as required
•Work cooperatively with other staff and follow directions from supervisors
•Preform other duties as required
Qualifications:
•Trade certificate (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC) considered an asset
•Minimum 1–2 years of maintenance experience preferred
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•Valid G License with clean driver’s record
•Willingness to perform a variety of hands-on maintenance tasks
