Belisle Builders is a fully licenced residential and commercial general contractor serving White River, Ontario and its surrounding communities – est.1986.
We are currently seeking an experienced Licenced Plumber to join our team. In this position, the Plumber will be responsible for all aspects of the installation, maintenance, inspection, operation, and repair of plumbing systems in commercial and residential settings. This is a full-time position. Experienced and qualified individuals are encouraged to apply. Salary negotiable, based on experience.
Responsibilities:
• Perform routine maintenance of plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings
• Respond to plumbing calls from our general contracting team
• Install plumbing systems in new construction and rehab properties
• Adhere to current rules and regulations
• Conduct other construction related duties as needed
Qualifications
• Technical and trade experience
• Current plumbing licence
• In-depth knowledge of maintenance and repairs of plumbing systems
• Knowledge of in-floor heating systems (with related boiler heating systems) and septic field installations would be an asset
• Understanding of the current regulations
• Valid Driver’s Licence in good standing
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills on a technical level
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
