Job Summary:
We are seeking an aggregate crushing helper to support our crusher supervisor with setup, operation, and maintenance of mobile crushing and screening equipment. This is a hands-on role ideal for an individual with construction or heavy equipment experience who is looking to grow within aggregate operations.
Scope of Services
- Assist in setup, teardown, and relocation of mobile crushing and screening plants
- Support crusher and screener operator to maintain steady material production
- Assist with fueling and daily equipment inspections
- Perform general labour duties
- Conduct routing maintenance (basic servicing, belt checks, greasing)
- Maintain safe work zones around operating equipment
Qualifications
- Valid Class G drivers license, DZ/AZ is an asset
- Experience in construction, aggregates, or heavy civil work preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and basic equipment knowledge considered an asset
- Experience working around or assisting with heavy equipment
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and advance
- Ability to work in physically demanding, outdoor environment
