Order Desk Clerk

Duties/Responsibilities:

Receive orders from customers through on-line store, email, fax, or phone
Call customers to provide support over the phone
Shop orders accurately and efficiently
Scan and box grocery items as per guidelines and prepare order for delivery or pick-up
Process order payment through charge account, EMT or credit card
Apply Nutrition North subsidy savings for eligible customers
Correspond and speak with customers professionally at all times
Ensure all paperwork is accurate and organized
Work evenings and weekends
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:

Proven professionalism towards customer service
Proven multitasking and organization
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Must be self-motivated and willing to learn
Basic computers skills are an asset
1 to 2 years customer service
