Sales Supervisor

 

In this role you will be working with the Order Desk Team to continue to build and grow customer relations with our neighboring communities in the North. This will include growing use of our e-store, maintaining and getting new customers, and coordinating with local airlines to ensure timely delivery.

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

 

·       Build relationships with retail partners, corporate accounts, and customers in the north

·       Conduct calls and follow-ups with customers to ensure their needs are being met

·       Create a customer list with contact info and tracking of when last contacted

·       Promote the Nutrition North program to ensure all eligible customers take advantage of the savings

·       Promote our online Store including helping customers navigate the site and addressing concerns

·       Coordinate movement of orders with drivers and airlines for efficient deliveries

·       Positively represent Fresh Market foods and provide excellent customer service to our communities and expanding customer base

·       Reach out to local organizations and program partners to provide information about Nutrition North, our online store, and the services Northern customers can receive from our Order Desk Team

·       Work with the Marketing Team to promote Nutrition North and or online store, including offering specials only available through the online store

Qualifications:

·       2 years sales experience

·       Excellent Customer Service

·       Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

·       High school education preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience

·       Microsoft office and email experience required

·       Organized and able to manage time efficiently

·       Available to work varying shifts

 

Terms of Employment: Full-Time

 

Wage: Starting at $18/hour, to be negotiated on experience
