Website Eagle Lake Island Lodge
The Guest Services position has several areas of focus; Guest relations, Social media & marketing, Cabin cleaning, Housekeeping/Laundry, and Kitchen Support/Serving. A key trait is strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
Outline of Core Duties:
*Foster and enhance guest relations through collecting pertinent information and outstanding customer service (identifying & addressing special needs, group interests, age/demographic appropriate activities, unique personalized experiences)
*Be excited about the food and guests at Eagle Lake Island Lodge!!
*Collect guest & resort photos and post on the Lodge social media and website
*Follow sanitary safe food handling processes
*Clean kitchen, dishes, and equipment on a regular rotation
*Assist with basic food prep (salads, sandwiches, etc.)
*Clean cabins in between groups (make beds, clean washroom, floors, windows, etc.)
*Provide basic daily housekeeping (garbage, dishes, etc.)
*Launder lodge bedding, towels & kitchen rags
*Clean and maintain Lodge/Bar/Dining assisting other staff
*Serve breakfast and suppers (set menu)
*Clean & maintain other lodge buildings and areas
Other Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:
*Assist with odd jobs like painting, basic yard work, gardening
*Assist with bartending
*Assist with some administrative tasks
*Assist other staff members

- Pleasure Craft Operator’s Card (Boater’s license)
